Cisco Paging Server (Infromacast)

After Installing the Informacast paging server and integrating it with the cucm all is fine but it is working only with text and no sound is propagated also the speaker phone opened and the mute button is turned on on the receiver's phone, the multicast stream is not received from the server the receiver's phone but send from the sender's phone to the server and here is the packet capture from the environment

Is this a WAN or LAN deployment?
Please make sure you reviewed the Multicast Design Considerations from Singlewire - https://support.singlewire.com/s/article/Multicast-Design-Considerations-and-Troubleshooting

For a WAN deployment, I had the same issues with signaling working but no audio. I tried many options with the WAN and tunneling the traffic. Eventually i resorted to using the paging gateway which has been working great.

Go trough your multicast configuration, and get it working correct.

I found this info by googling.

If it is all one vlan/IP subnet then you need to enable IGMP snooping on all switches and you need to enable the IGMPs snooping querier on one of your switches.

You need the querier function because something has to send IGMP queries.
