&lt;P&gt;Just curious to know the behavior if you reset the device. There was an old bug on 8.6X. Try restart or even reset the device.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;DIV class="releaseNoteText"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Symptom:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Phone keeps ringing but user does not see answer button showing up.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Conditions:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;During an incoming call, user entered his PIN and unlocked the phone but the incoming call screen didn't show up. He launched Cisco Jabber and got into Cisco Jabber home screen.. still the incoming call screen didn't show up, but the phone keept ringing.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Workaround:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Restart Cisco Jabber application.&lt;/DIV&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Cisco Jabber in Windows vibrating and ringing but doesn't showing answer button&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One my user complained as follows,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When someone calls - Jabber rings and vibrates but doesn't not shows answer button on user's screen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also users tries to click Jabber icon on desktop it shows connecting and it is same even after log off and login.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;CUCM version is 11.5&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Checking with user for error messages and other logs if possible. But if any of has come across the same issue and have the resolution - please help here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
