After clicking the "Help" link at the bottom right side of the main https://eurl.io/ page, it automatically opens a new Outlook message to compose with eurl-support(mailer list) in the "To: field with that eurl-support group being owned by two individuals, seen when searched on the "mailer" page and found in the Cisco directory, with at least one of them involved with WebEx teams.

No, I was answering lvand's "Who supports eurl.io?" question earlier in this "How do I do EURL's?" post after wondering and searching about it myself and finding that it is supported by internal Cisco individuals.
