Hi Community

I was trying to analyze my CDR raw files and i found out that my "authCodeDescription" has IP address output in it. My problem is that is it normal that the output is IP address instead of "Invalid Authorization Code" or what does an IP address on the authCodeDescription mean? or if a call was successful and i have a FAC on it what should be the output?

Hi,

By default the "Display FAC in CDR" service parameter is set to False, which means you will see empty string " " or null under "authCodeDescription". If it is set to True then you will see Authorization Code Name under "authCodeDescription". (Note: CDR data does not include Authorization Code).

In your CUCM, is "Display FAC in CDR" set to True or False? Which tool are you using to view raw CDR file?
