Hi Pratik,

If you are talking about CWMS Productivity Tools (WebEx Assistant), I know that Productivity Tools for WebEx SaaS (in the cloud solution) are supporting Mac since recently, and there is an enhancement request submitted for this feature in CWMS.

It definitely won't come with CWMS 2.0, but we may expect it for later releases. No commitment has been made yet, but we will raise the importance of this to the Product Management.
