IMP subscriber dbreplication runstate

Today when i entered utilis dbreplication runtimestate in imp subscriber i got the following output

DB Version: ccm12_0_1_10000_12

Repltimeout: Only available on the PUB

PROCESS option: Only available on the PUB

Cluster Detailed View from TFM-IMP-SUB (2 Servers):

PING DB/RPC/ REPL. Replication REPLICATION SETUP

SERVER-NAME IP ADDRESS (msec) DbMon? QUEUE Group ID (RTMT) & DB Status

ABC-IMP-SUB 172.20.53.9 0.013 Y/Y/Y 0 (g_6) (2) Setup Completed

Here DB status says DB Active-Failed what could be the reason? why its so? whats the next step i want to do to rectify it? reset or repair? there is no error or mismatch.. then what does it mean then

count number shows entirely different .

run sql SELECT count(*) from enduser

publisher it says 12 and subscriber it says 13..

What does the same output look like from the Publisher?
Please make sure you look over the Troubleshooting guide for DB Replication. - https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/unified-communications/unified-communications-manager-callmanager/200396-Steps-to-Troubleshoot-Database-Replicati.html

You can run a stop on the subscriber and then a reset node from the pub, but I highly suggest opening a TAC case if you are not 100% comfortable with the database commands.

I saw that link. but cannot see the same situation that im facing.

One more thing, HA is not enabled in the presence group yet.
