Jabber 12.6 has annotate issue in our env - popping up WCLProxy.dll error - Anyway to disable annotate using jabber-config xml file?

We are testing Jabber 12.6 in our environment. We have IM&P on the cloud, Phone services in OnPrem(CUCM). We do have WDA 39.4(Webex Meetings Desktop App) installed. When we installed Webex Meetings Desktop App, it has added PATH variable as c:\program files(x86)\webex\webex\applications in it. Due to which when we do Jabber > Right click on contact > share screen > Annotate, it is trying to use webex's WCLProxy.dll file and ending up in error. Error attached. This error cannot be ignored. After this activity, we will get only the pen mouse pointer for annotate, we cannot do anything after. only way is to end task.

Description

Symptom:
Jabber crashes when using Annotate Feature during Screen Share

Conditions:
Customer has Jabber 12.6 and Webex Meetings desktop app installed. Webex Meetings desktop app does not have to be running.

Workaround:
Remove the WDA path in system path via admin tool or script.
