CMS: Special characters in invitation_template

Hello, I installed CMS 2.5.2 and I want to edit the invitation_template.txt contained in the call_branding.zip to show special character (specially accented letters). I realized they are not shown when the invitation is sent. Is there some way to include them?

Based on the guide only ascii characters would be able to be used.

l There is a 10000 byte limit on the size of the invitation_template.txt file.
l All invitation templates must be provided in UTF-8 format.
l Extended ASCII characters are not supported.
l Terminate the invitation_template.txt file with a carriage return.
l Omitting the carriage return at the end of the file will result in the file not working.

What exact character are you trying to use, is it an extened ASCII character?

Yes, I was trying to use, most of all, accented characters (á, é, í, ó ú). I had seen this limitation in the guide but thought that maybe there was a way to show them by using their UTF-8 code or something. I'm trying that but it's not working.
