      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need some help if someone already have an experience with this issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a cucm version 11.5 and a UCCX 11.5, we have about 30 agents in the UCCX working with Jabber.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They all have the same operation system, and the same jabber version&amp;nbsp;Jabber_for_Windows-11.7.0.42920, but we have one of the agents that the jabber sometimes crash and i dont understand why.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I already unistall jabber app, delete the local and the roaming folders, and install again, but nothing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I change the extension, the issue mantains.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone give a help?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hugo Sousa&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Does Jabber gives the user the option to generate a PRT when that happens?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Or have you looked at a PRT right after it happens?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
