Hello all,

In the enterprise where I work we are using Cisco Jabber (v11.8.4) since 2016 without any problem.

But recently, we installed also Microsoft Teams, and now we have a lot of audio problems - there are several cuts during the call.

I verified that if we hang up the call and call again, the audio is perfect.

Someone else facing this problem?

Any possible solution?

Best regards.

Is your problem with Cisco Jabber or with Microsoft Teams? I don't see how the two are relevant to one another.

is this happening within LAN or calls leaving over WAN?

I suggest to check switch or QoS configuration if you have, or bandwidth issue.

Hi!

Are you still using Cisco Jabber v11.8.4, first of all, I recommend you to update your Jabber version to 12.5 or above, as 2.0 versions and prior are currently EOL and on March of this year will be EOS https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/unified-communications/jabber-windows/bulletin-c25-742828.html

Suggestions to troubelshoot this problem:

>> Verify the QoS of the PC Clients and the switches and routers involved.

Link to review: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/jabber/12_7/cjab_b_deploy-jabber-on-premises-127/cjab_b_deploy-jabber-on-premises-127_chapter_010010.html

>> Verify that the Microsoft Teams is not modifiying the QoS marking of the PC Clients
