I configured LDAP authentication for an AD group Phone System Users and was able to get several users to add. I then added more users into the AD group and selected "perform full sync now" . For some reason the users are never added in CUCM. When I go back and look at the LDAP directory "cancel sync process" displays. Is there a service I should restart without having to restart the publisher? Is there a log I can look at? I'm syncing LDAP to implement Jabber.

You're talking about different things here, the LDAP authentication just points to the LDAP server/search base to which you want to send authentication requests, you do not configure to which OUs to sync in the LDAP authentication page.

LDAP directory option is where you configure the search base(s) and filters to sync users from to become LDAP enabled users.
