Hello,

i have setup hybrid call service for Webex Teams, everythings work fine, only problem if I have app on iPhone not open, not receive notification when call come.

if I open it call come fine.

Think Apple push notification service not work.

How I can solve ? Teams client on desktop work without issue.

Check iOS Settings and ensure Webex Teams is allowed to display notifications.

Hello,

push notify come, but with delay... instead on pc is immediately... problem only with call, message are fine.

This worked for me, I increased the

Sip Dual timer > from CUCM> System > Service Parameter

increased from 1500 ms to 10000.

I also applied push notification for Call Manager using self signed certificates back to the Webex Hub and managed by cisco
