I just reinstalled the Jabber and it worked lol&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just created a local user on CUCM as the image below:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Print 1.PNG" style="width: 445px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.cisco.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/71024i867CC7785049B74B/image-dimensions/445x397?v=v2" width="445" height="397" role="button" title="Print 1.PNG" alt="Print 1.PNG" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I try to connect on Jabber I'm getting the error below:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Print 2.PNG" style="width: 271px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.cisco.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/71026i7CB828083CA365C2/image-dimensions/271x443?v=v2" width="271" height="443" role="button" title="Print 2.PNG" alt="Print 2.PNG" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to the get ip of the server automatically and manually, the same erro occurs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The reports are attached on this post also.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could someone help me?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks a lot!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;And exactly what has been configured in your CUCM?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If there's also IM&amp;amp;P, what has been configured?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
