    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;HI Michael,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, you cannot do this in web interface. However, you can export all the meeting for up to 2 years in the future. If you log in to the server as an Administrator, and on the web interface you browse to Administration &amp;gt; Maintenance &amp;gt; Export Information &amp;gt; Meeting Information, you can then specify to export information either to your screen or a file (.csv), set Include field header names = YES, and set start and end date for which you want to see the meetings, and click Create Report.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Save the file to your desktop and you can then import it to Excel for easier review.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know if this helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Dejan&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is it possible to find / display in Cisco MPE 2.x all scheduled meetings also the meetings which are non-public.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Via find -&amp;gt; public meetings I`m abel to find scheduled "public" meetings but not the non-public meetings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any why to display all the scheduled meetings (public and non-public)?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BR&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Michael&lt;/P&gt;</description>
