Hi,

My company has bought:

And we got the licenses for CUCM/CUC and our lab is registered.

But we should get also the software for CWMS and more. How can we get this? Will Cisco send us this, can we download it?

Any help would be appreciated

Hello,

I assume you would need to download the installation ISO via PUT or Cisco Software Central. Otherwise, contacting TAC would be the quickest route.

Hi there

I am not sure CWMS is a part of NRF kit. You can touch base with your Cisco AM/SE and proceed. Also if you have a valid SWSS, you can upgrade using PUT.

In general, here is the ordering procedure,

Partner registers a deal in CCW*
Select appropriate incentives, upload BOM and submit the deal for approval
NFR deal will be routed to Volume Office governance team and Cisco AM for approvals
Partner notified via CCW – approval or not
Upon approval, partner can place the order via CCW
