    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a question about an implementation that is going on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have implemented a CUCM and CUC in version 12.5.1000 and we are using the call handler functionality.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Everything is working perfectly, except for ring back functionality via MRA.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I am connected to a Cisco Jabber via MRA and I make the call to the callhandler, the call is answered, but when it is transferred to a CUCM extension I do not receive the ring back on the Cisco Jabber via MRA.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In this same situation for a cisco jabber registered on-premises, the ring back works without problems.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The ring back works without problems for external calls as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are there any limitations on ring back via MRA?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I call from a Cisco Jabber via MRA to another extension or PSTN the ring back works.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you ever resolve this issue? I have the same symptoms but on v14.0.1 of UCM, CUC, and v14.3.4 of Expressway MRA.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
