Hello ! Help me figure out the problem. we use jabber through MRA in the xxx.ru domain, everything is fine. But there is a need to add a new subsidiary with the yyy.xxx.ru domain. I add them to different deployments and domains, add IMP yyy.xxx.ru and some of the users of the xxx.ru domain no longer visit me. failed: internal server error

What are the exact configuration steps you've taken?

Exactly where do you get that error?

What troubleshooting have you done?

No idea about that "users of the xxx.ru domain no longer visit me" last comment, visit????

Hello! thanks for your feedback.
1.I got this error in Jabber client (windows, android)
2. deleting the IMP subdomain yyy.xxx.ru. after all the settings, all servers were rebooted.
3.this means: after I added the yyy.xxx.ru subdomain, some users of the xxx.ru domain cannot log into jabber, with an error (internal server error)
