topic Cisco Jabber contact list not synchronizing for certain users in Collaboration Applications

Hello, some users have reported that their entire contact list was wiped, I've verified that the contacts are still present on the IM&P Server (by exporting the contacts from those specific users). Since the contacts are still present in the server, the issue seems to be with the synchronization for those users. I've tried tried exporting and reuploading the contact list for those users to try to force a synchronization but that hasn't worked, I did another small test by exporting those contacts, changing the userid to a test user I have, and importing them again, and that test worked, all the contacts were present on my test user.

Hi Inacional,

Given the described behaviour, I would suggest unchecking the Home Cluster checkbox for the affected user(s), save the end-user and then re-check the Home Cluster checkbox, save again.

Then, reset the Jabber and re-login.
