    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Community,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have my Prime Collaboration Assurance in version 12.1 with permanent licenses (assurance) and other free licenses (analytics and contact center assurance) that have not yet expired due to being a new installation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was taking advantage of showing my client the analytics licensing facilities and I came across this:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- It shows me in Analytics&amp;gt; My Dashboard, in the Endpoints Deployment Summary section it shows me in the last report, 24 configured and 3 active ... how would I interpret that?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- I have in CUCM, 67 jabber type CSF configured and currently 14 in the registered state, that is, in use.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-&amp;nbsp;67 are registered in PCA of which 26 in managed status.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- PDF attachment of downloaded PCAs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Saludos,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Liliana&lt;/P&gt;</description>
