Where I need to add myself in Jabber so I can add new moderator for chat rooms which someone else created? I was given this task but I am not sure where I need to add myself in IM/Presence!!! Thank you

Only Administrators can add and remove moderators for a chat room in Jabber, and not someone by him/herself.

In order to change the group chat administrators, you can go to the Messaging > Group Chat System Administration menu here:

You should be able to add and delete administrators. If you do not have any admins defined and if you add new, then it applies to new rooms created and not the existing ones.

This user will have global admin access to chat rooms
You will have to restart Cisco XCP router services to takes effect.
