      <description>&lt;P&gt;For me it was solved by one of or all 3 things, not sure which one though since i changed them all together to have it fixed:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Make sure host name doesn't have any special characters&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Time zone Africa/Cairo for example and not UTC+2&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Make sure NTP IP address is correct&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I want also to add the above message was accompanied by VM IP address changed after deployment and you can ping the VM but cannot Web and the console doesn't show any other components being installed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
