    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Everyone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently started working for a new company and they wanted me to setup some RTMT on CTI RP. I followed the instructions on how to create the alert and when I got finished I wanted to test it out. We have a few RP that are labeled test, so I picked one and tried to reset it but it never resets. I wanted to know can CTI RP be reset or will they only reset once CUCM is restarted?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
