(under the end user --&amp;gt; device association)&lt;BR /&gt;You also have configured the UC services, then assigned the UC services to a service profile, then assigned this service profile to the end user?&lt;BR /&gt;What about the assigned access control groups in the user?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;you mentioned the CSF is configured with User ID, i assume you mentioned the owner ID on the device.Have you associated this CSF device under end user page ? &lt;/P&gt;
