    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have setup a new hunt group and selected the Queuing option.&amp;nbsp; The problem I am having is if I have agents logged in, but they are all on a call the next call in doesn't queue but instead goes right to the "&lt;SPAN&gt;When no hunt members answer, are logged in, or registered:" destination.&amp;nbsp; I have it setup so that we can have 32 callers allowed in queue and 3600 seconds allowed in the queue.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was able to get this to work by using "Circular" instead of "Longest Idle".&amp;nbsp; Not sure why that is the case, but it is good enough for us.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
