    <description>&lt;P&gt;Then you have to check the busy settings on your external phone. This has nothing to do with your settings in your CUCM or CUBE&lt;BR /&gt;If you don't signal a busy there, how should a "busy signal" be provided all the way back?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings of the day Everyone,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SCENARIO:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have forwarded calls to my an external number, when a call is made to the phone, call forwarding is working fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Buh when A second call comes while the first call is still in session, the second caller is not told that the line is busy.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As a result, they think like they are being ignored.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Without call Forwarding, the number busy is working okay.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Only with forwarding I am having this issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using CUCM v14.0 and Cisco 4451 ISR as Gateway.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Your inputs will highly be appreciated.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
