How to integrate Microsoft Team in Webex

Hello,

We are using Cisco Roomkit and has a Cisco Webex subscription. In recent RoomOS update, we got icons of Zoom & google Meet on my touch10 device. But not getting Microsoft Teams option on touch 10.

How can we enable that option of Microsoft Teams?

You can enable the MSFT Teams Meetings WebRTC integration from Webex Control Hub but the button has not been released from beta yet. It will appear once it reaches general availability. Until then, Hybrid Calendar should allow One Button to Push join if the room resource mailbox is properly configured (eg DeleteComments is false).

I am not sure how to tell if it's still in beta or when it would be released.

Hi so the button is in beta you could change your channel under workspace (for the device) to beta and see if it comes up for that workspace to test after the beat software is pushed to that device.
This is coming soon (possibly the last week of April 23) in the next Room OS release as mentioned here for April 2023 https://help.webex.com/en-us/article/6ger7db/What's-new-in-RoomOS-devices#id_119377 "Join Microsoft Teams meeting with a meeting ID"

FWIW- You'll only see beta as an option in the software channel dropdown if you have enrolled in the Webex Software Devices beta on http://beta.webex.com.
