I need your help .

I have a problem : One way audio only on external call with cisco jabber , but on internal calls it works fine without problem , i use I headphones on cisco jabber .

How can i solve this issue ?

Without you sharing any specific information we can not help you. At a minimum you’re going to need to share what type of PSTN connection you have and depending on what type it is the output from specific debugs. Once you share some basic information we can better advise you on what you’d need to share for us to be able to help you.

The cucm is connected via a SBC for external calls , on the sip trunk .

I do not manage this part of SBC, there is a team that manages it, I can ask them to give me the debug of call

So as you’re not the admin of the connection to the PSTN you might want to start with that team on your issue before you get into troubleshooting here in this thread. The debugs they should be looking at is debug ccsip message and debug voip ccapi inout.
