Simply put the DN that do not want calls into a partition that is not in the CSS of the device and/or DN that should not be able to make the call. Then you'd need to add that partition into the CSS that all other devices and/or DNs use for them to be able to make calls to the restricted number.

Hi,

I received a request from a user who asked to block one of the extensions in his office. He does not want employee 5515 to call his extension 5510 .

His extension is 5510, and he does not want 5515 to call 5510.

Put DN 5510 into PT Restricted_PT

Put that PT into the CSS that all devices/DNs except the device with DN 5515 uses for either device CSS and/or DN CSS

That will restrict calls from 5515 to 5510 as it doesn't have visibility of the Restricted_PT.
