How to share a Windows Remote Desktop during a Webex meeting

Hello everyone,

our customer complains that often happens that they when in a meeting they try to share their MS Windows Remote Desktop, however after clicking "share content" sometimes the option appears sometimes not.

I have recreated this but haven't managed to find a reason for that.

Any tip?

Update: eventually figured out that this depends on how Webex interacts with how MS Windows manages the windows.

In other words: if the RDP session is minimized it won't show as an application that can be shared with other participants in a Webex meeting.

If you want to share an active RDP session you' can keep it open (foreground) not maximized.
