I have seen multiple designs here by the Cisco CX Team that have recommended Synergy Sky for some of the things that TMS does currently - but obviously the fully Cisco supported and recommended option is to migrate to Webex and use Control Hub. I guess some of it will depend on what functionality from TMS that you are trying to replicate.
