I have some users that need to learn some of the secondary functions of webex, to get to that next level and use some of the features webex offers. Where would a good place be for end users and webex administrators (meeting moderators) get training?

On that note, we can start a meeting, but anyone who calls in gets a generic "Call-in" attendee id, even if they enter the attendee ID number. How can we force people to enter a attendee number, and then present the ID that was sent with the webex invite?? We really need to be able to idnetify some call in users specifically. I don't mind if there are doubles, we can always send out one for "public" and anthoner for "Bob "
