    <description>&lt;P&gt;I understand that. But now if he makes a call and hangs up, it is not in the history. Or if he chats with someone and closes the window, then reopens it, there are no chats visible.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Sorry for the confusion, I am talking about any new calls since the install.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;One of my tech's installed Jabber 12 but didn't like it because apparently if you are typing in a chat window and a call comes in, it picks up. So he uninstalled and reverted back to 11. Now he has no chat history and call history.&amp;nbsp; I double checked things in CM and everything is active and registered.&amp;nbsp; Does anyone have any thoughts on this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Call logs and chat history is local, you don't pull any of those from any server.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If they uninstalled and the cache/files were removed during the procedure, then that's expected to happen.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have same problem with versions 12.0.1 and 11.9.3 -- can't see call history except chat history.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;One of them reinstall Cisco Jabber from 11.8.4 to 12.0.1 and other had new install 12.0.1&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This problem emerge after CUCM upgrade vrom 10.5.2 to 11.5.1.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
