Most one way audio or no way audio are routing issues, RTP is directly between endpoints, make sure the routing is configured to make that happen.

Hello,

I'm wondering if anyone has had this issue. I'm currently using the Jabber 11.9 client and when I'm using Jabber in my office everything works fine. IM works great and my inbound and outbound calls work. The issue I have is when I'm working from home over my personal Wi-Fi and Barracuda IPsec VPN client to remote into my domain the IM and presence features works but (I can make and Take Calls but Cant listen both ways). I'm not sure what could be the issue. Does Jabber have certain requirements over IPsec VPN in order to work? We are using Baracuda F400 Firewall

Kaleemullah Bilal
