SU1&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Jabber Client 11.5 on Windows 8&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Jabber Client 11.9 on Windows 7 Professional&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Manually shutdown the IM and Presence server assuming there is no IM &amp;amp; Presence to see whether jabber communicates with CUCM and Jabber allows to login.       <description>&lt;P&gt;The fact that you shut down the IM&amp;amp;P DOES NOT mean your Jabber will then use phone mode, that's not how this works.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In order to use Jabber in phone only mode, you need to make sure that in the user page you do not check the option to enable him for IM&amp;amp;P, and that the service profile does not contain an IM&amp;amp;P server.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Rest of the CUCM config (device, device/line/user association, etc.) needs to be properly configured.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi JAVA...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers... Solved!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Removed IM Presence Profile and created new profile with Active Directory and CTI.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 Assign the new profile to user.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bang. it worked!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks &amp;amp; regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ritesh Desai.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
