&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this was working prior of upgrating to Windows 10, can you try to disable your Win10 Firewall and try to connect? &lt;BR /&gt;Have you associated the correct roles on CUCM for this specific user?&lt;BR /&gt;You may always try, if not done already, to reset the Jabber client and login again for testing.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;G&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please rate, if this helps&lt;/P&gt;</description>
