    <description>Can you try to check the radio button for Cisco Unified Communications Manager 9.0 or later under Advanced Settings in Jabber and then test. Also you should ideally leave Jabber to set on Automatic so that it should discover the services on its own and simply when the user puts his uderid@&amp;lt;domainame.com&amp;gt; he/she should be prompted to put the password and login should work then. For the automatic discovery to work you will ofcourse need to create SRV Records on the DNS server but for now you can just check with CM 9.0 or later option&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards&lt;BR /&gt;Deepak&lt;BR /&gt;(Please Rate Helpful Posts)</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I'm new to my organization.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My task is to setup CUCM profile and install Cisco Jabber.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Currently this organization, there are existing people who already have profile and using Jabber, no problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What i do is go to Device-Phone , perform copy existing profile that work, and edit the Device Name, Description, Owner User ID&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then go to User Mgmt-End User, create new End User (follow existiing) with new User ID, Password, PIN, and associate the above profile to this new end user. All setting &amp;amp; function just follow existing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then I open the Jabber on the laptop, Advanced setting, follow existing config&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But error username &amp;amp; password .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help, as this is my 1st time doing this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi guys,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i hv resolved the issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is due to the user is Unassinged Users in IM &amp;amp; Presence Administration.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once the users is Assigned Users, all was OK.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
