any jabber on LAN or outside UDS directory is not working

Hi cisco gigs ,

i am running into an issue that when i use the UDS directory for the jabber it is not connecting and showing 500 https error in the connection status of jabber from internally and from outside as well.

but when i am using web browser https://<cucmip>:8443/cucm-uds/user/<userid>/

it is asking me for user credentials. is there any thing missing from jabber side

and also we have customized the jabber-config.xml file is that causing an issue here need help in resolving the issue .

<DirectoryServerType>CDI</DirectoryServerType>
<LDAPUserDomain>company.com</LDAPUserDomain>
<LdapSupportedMechanisms>GSSAPI EXTERNAL PLAIN</LdapSupportedMechanisms>

when we use the ldap it is working as that will be internally only.

cucm version 11.5.1.12900-21

Do you have the directory configured in the service profile, AND in the .xml?

Or just the .xml?
