      <title>any  jabber on LAN or outside UDS directory  is not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi cisco gigs ,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;i am running into an issue that when i use the UDS directory &amp;nbsp;for the jabber it is not connecting and showing 500 https error in the connection status of jabber from internally and from outside as well.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;but when i am using web browser &amp;nbsp;https://&amp;lt;cucmip&amp;gt;:8443/cucm-uds/user/&amp;lt;userid&amp;gt;/&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;it is asking me for user credentials. is there any thing missing from jabber side &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;and also we have customized the jabber-config.xml file is that causing an issue here need help in resolving the issue .&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;lt;Directory&amp;gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;lt;DirectoryServerType&amp;gt;CDI&amp;lt;/DirectoryServerType&amp;gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;lt;LDAPUserDomain&amp;gt;company.com&amp;lt;/LDAPUserDomain&amp;gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;lt;LdapSupportedMechanisms&amp;gt;GSSAPI EXTERNAL PLAIN&amp;lt;/LdapSupportedMechanisms&amp;gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;when we use the ldap it is working as that will be internally only.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;cucm version &lt;SPAN&gt;11.5.1.12900-21&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;jabber 11.8.3&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
