      <description>&lt;P&gt;hello,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm having trouble co connect to voice mail on jabber app.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;the message that I'm getting is:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;"Incorrect username or password Contact your administrator"&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;cucm version : 11.0.1.21900-11&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;cuc version :11.0.1.21900-11&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;cup version :11.0.1.10000-6&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;jabber version : Version 11.8.3 Build 51659&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;any idea?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have a customer with this issue as well.&amp;nbsp; Except all users were fine using Jabber 10.5.2 on CUCM/CUC 8.6&amp;nbsp; Then we did an upgrade to 10.5 and a couple months later we found out lots of users were no longer logged into Vmail from Jabber.&amp;nbsp; When they tried to connect they had to login and re-initiate vmail creds.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Was there a major bug with CUC 10.x that causes this?&amp;nbsp; Customer is not using AD sync, they are using creds from CUCM.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
