&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I am unable to login in cisco Jabber getting error as " Cannot locate server. Check your server address.If the problem presists, contact your system Administrator".&amp;nbsp; But&amp;nbsp; i am able to access call manager from my phone. the connection is over VPN. Before it used work properly last 1 year &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Troubleshooting :&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. Tried with new client&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. Uninstall jabber and re-install&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3.Tried with different versions of jabber&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please help me out..&lt;/P&gt;</description>
