      <title>Jabber Error</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there. &amp;nbsp;I have a customer that has advised me that when all of his Jabber users log into Jabber, and try to connect to the phone, they get this error message:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;"Unable to Connect"&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;"Error Code CJ:109:3"&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;can you please let me know how to fix this.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Actually i figured it out.&amp;nbsp; Turns out I didn't know I had to set up a CSF Device profile for each Jabber desktop user.&amp;nbsp; I am new in my position.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
