    <description>&lt;P&gt;Ya, seems to be some Window permission issue for that user's PC.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Found out that user's PC didn't have the folder "C:\Users\&amp;lt;username&amp;gt;\Documents\MyJabberFiles" where all the Jabber sent and receive files are stored.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once that particular user logged into another PC, then we don't see this issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Jabber Window: Cannot view sent screen capture in chat history</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We seem to have some an issue with Jabber Window Chat history, the user which sends a screen capture thru Jabber, is unable to view the sent screen capture in their chat history. As per image below.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://community.cisco.com/legacyfs/online/media/jabberscreeencapture_0.jpg" class="migrated-markup-image" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Screen capture sent does reach to intended receipt and receipt able to view it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It is just the send can't view the sent screen capture in their chat history.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Anyone faced this issue before.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;The issue appears to be most likely permissions related, try using a new Microsoft profile on the PC for the affected user or compare with a working one and see if it helps.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>similar issue here: user could not receive screen captures&lt;BR /&gt;reason: chat auto-save folder had been changed to another folder where there was no MyJabberFiles folder present&lt;BR /&gt;solved by pointing the chat auto-save folder back to original &amp;lt;user&amp;gt;\Documents&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;your post helped, thanks</description>
