&lt;P&gt;Would it be possible for you to attach a set of traces for the last 2 scenario.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1) my ext + mobile 1 + mobile 2 = working&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2) my ext + internal ext 1 + mobile phone = not working&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I can have a quick look at it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please do give me the following details.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;calling number, called number conferenced number and the timestamp for the two calls.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would suggest you to check the MRGL applied on the phone configuration page.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Check if any of the MRG in that particular MRGL has a conference bridge listed under it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;One other troubleshooting step which you can try is switching the device pool and the MRGL of a working phone to this phone and see if it works.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Please rate and mark correct if helpful&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;mrgl of all phones is same still issue persists. And if it was a mrgl issue then internal conference would work? (In my case it is working)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;its little strange that i can take two external numbers into the conference but not one external and one internal&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
