topic Error While processing SAML response in Collaboration Applications

Hi

for the past 2 days in the morning when a user log in to Jabber they will get the message "Error While processing SAML response" then we have to upload the metadata file again from ADFS for it to be corrected. Users will then have to close and open Jabber again to log in successfully.

What can be the cause for the Meta data file being corrupt every time.?

No NTP drift. Seem like the issue was ADFS were issuing new certificates every day at midnight. and then does not match the Metadata. Will confirm if this is the issue.
