CWMS not working externally, but works fine internally

Struggling with a problem in my lab. I had a working CWMS system in there. Demo license expired, so I rebuilt the VM's with the same values. But....it doesn't work any more.

IRP01, IRP02, CWMS01, and CWMS02 in the same VLAN, and public and private VIP ips also in that VLAN.

Firewall NATS public IP to Public VIP.

Hit the meeting.company.com url internally, and it works perfectly. Hit it from the outside....and nothing.

I've been beating my head against the wall for a few hours, pulling packet captures, and cannot figure out what is wrong. Any ideas appreciated.

what servers are you running

what servers are you running this on? UCS-220M3?

Please make sure that all LAN interfaces on this boxes is connected to the VLAN otherwise you will have issues.

Can you resolve the webex url from external?

Do you have a signed certificate loaded for external access?

Fixed this some time ago.

Fixed this some time ago. Turned out to be a "plumbing" problem...basic IP routing issue.
