Environment has 9.X installed

SIP trunk with Gamma provider is present.

Extend and connect feature has been enabled on the enviornment of IPT

When user A, B and C all WORK from home, they enable other number call feature on the Jabber client.

When user A makes a call to User C, the call signalling is established correctly but media path doesnt get established for few minutes or so.

In this scenario, both the users have used other number feature for making and receiving calls. It occurs randomly this type of scenario.

Any particular reasons and pointers where to troubleshoot ?

I understand that you face one way/2-way audio issues intermittently. Is it correct? what do the packet sent/received statistics in the phone say during the call?
