&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If video is causing the client to crash for Citrix users then you can disable Video calling on the client services framework device created on CUCM.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can browse to:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;CUCM &amp;gt;&amp;gt;&amp;gt; Device &amp;gt;&amp;gt;&amp;gt; Phone &amp;gt;&amp;gt;&amp;gt; Search for client services framework device for the user &amp;gt;&amp;gt;&amp;gt; Look under product specific configuration layout&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Alternatively you can create a new device pool/region/location for the citric users, disable video bandwidth under region settings and specify the new device pool on the citrix users.&lt;/P&gt;

Only happens on client 11.7.0. We know there is no video within Citrix (not yet anyway) but it's not stopping the users from going into it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
