    <description>&lt;P&gt;If it doesn't work internal, it won't work over MRA.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Gather a PRT from when you login internally, and review if there are no errors regarding DNS, username, service locations, etc.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You won't get any certificate warnings, until you actually try to reach out to the servers. Assuming this is the first time, and the certs are not already stored in your device.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Jabber on Android login failing</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I am having an issue where one user is unable to login to her Jabber over Android phone. When entered user name hit next, no cert coming and its going password page and then throws user name or password invalid. I took the log for the session and see first error from log is coming for cert "csf.cert.utils". Please advise if my reading is correct. If not what could be the&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
