Hi Community,

We would like to test Jabber Iphone devices via Expressway Edge. Where is the option to connect to the Expressway Edge?

there is no option to connect to EXE. You just need to login automatically. jabber will detect itself whether it is public ntw or private and will request collab-edge in order to reach exe-e

So how can the client detects the Expressway Edge? What will be the username to use to login?

Is it same username when logging in locally on CUCM/IMP?

you should enter the domain which you have registered on global dns server. refer the below external doc for the same. it explains how jabber logs in while over MRA.

Hi,

When installing jabber, make sure it works on the inside before going on the outside. Inside requires some configuration on CUCM and DNS, outside requires Expressway-C and E and external DNS config
