Bonjour,

Je rencontre un problème d'installation (une première) de mon serveur DNA CENTER.

Après avoir effectué la première étape de configuration IP:

- Environnement VMWARE

- une seule interface VMNET

- Plage IP Privée: 10.X.X.X

- Pas de configuration de cluster (j'ai sauté cette étape)

Lors de l'installation des packages, j'ai une error dans les logs, ainsi que sur la page WebUI.

Voici le message d'error sur la page Web:

Je comprends qu'il n'arrive pas à installer le paquet "credentialmanager".

Quoi faire?

Bonjour @Oligano , au faite tu peu contacter le support Cisco a ce sujet sinon tu peut demander de l'aide chez votre fournisseur Cisco qui vous a vendu la solution.

Bonjour @BENSLIMANE Abderrahim , j'ai contacté le support TAC, et on m'a signalé que DNA CENTER n'était pas compatible sur un environnement virtualisé (dans mon cas, VMware). J'étais plutôt surpris!

Malheureusement, DNA avec Virtual Environments n'est pas encore pris en charge. Puisque vous mentionnez que vous avez ouvert un dossier, ce que vous pouvez faire est de demander à l'ingénieur du dossier ouvert de faire une demande d'amélioration et d'effectuer un suivi ; afin que notre équipe puisse déterminer si cette amélioration est possible. Je précise que cela pourrait prendre un certain temps, il vous sera donc demandé de fermer le dossier, mais la demande sera déjà faite et en cours de traitement.
