CSCvi01378 workaround not working for DNAC, anyone has any other workaround ?

Its disappointing and frustrating that the products hits a bug even before you get it up and running.

hi there,

the description says:

During initial configuration, DNAC tries to ping the default gateway and this validation will always fail. This is a cosmetic issue and user can continue with the installation because pings are actually happening.

So basically (your routing etc. is working correctly) it should work fine. You just could ping the ip adresses you supplied to your dnac from the otherside e.x. from your gateway.

Sorry to hear you have run into challenges.

Are you working with TAC on this?

Have you seen the installation guide on changing the native VLAN (of Cisco DNA Center) in CIMC and the command regarding dot1p for the corresponding switch it is connected to?
